Exact Online is helemaal klaar om e-facturen te verzenden.<\/strong> Je dient je bedrijf wel op het Peppol-netwerk te registreren vooraleer de optie om e-facturen te versturen werkt. Ook dient jouw klant geregistreerd te zijn op het Peppol-netwerk.<\/p>\n

E-facturen ontvangen in Exact Online<\/h3>\n

Exact Online kan e-facturen ontvangen<\/strong>, en hieruit automatisch boekingsvoorstellen genereren.<\/p>\n

Om gebruik te maken van de ontvangstfunctie, dien je jouw bedrijf wel eerst op het Peppol-netwerk te registeren binnen Exact Online. Daarnaast moet je ‘ontvangen via Peppol’ ook instellen binnen je Exact settings. Heb je hier hulp bij nodig? Neem dan contact op met onze support<\/a><\/p>\n

Zijn er extra kosten verbonden aan e-facturatie in Exact Online?<\/h3>\n

In tegenstelling tot PDF facturen, hoeven Exact Online klanten geen<\/strong> Automatische Factuurverwerking bundel aan te schaffen, om e-facturen te verwerken. De functie om e-facturen te ontvangen maakt standaard onderdeel uit van een Exact Online licentie.<\/p>\n

Wil je inkomende e-facturen ook volledig automatisch verwerken? Dan dien je de optie Automatische Factuurverwerking te nemen. Deze optie gaat inkomende facturen automatisch herkennen, en ontbrekende gegevens zoals grootboekrekeningen en btw-codes voor jou aanvullen. Je kan hiervoor een bundel aanschaffen, waarin de prijs per verwerkte factuur \u20ac0,39 bedraagt. Buiten de bundel bedraagt de prijs \u20ac0,50 per factuur.<\/p>\n

Kort samengevat: om in orde te zijn met de verplichting voor het versturen & ontvangen van e-facturen hoef je in Exact Online geen extra kosten te maken. Wil je inkomende e-facturen automatisch herkennen & verrijken? Dan dien je de optie Automatische Factuurverwerking te nemen (al dan niet via een bundel).<\/p>\n

Gebruik je WinBooks Classic of On Web (met facturatiemodule) of WinBooks Logistics om facturen te versturen? Dan mag je gerust zijn: WinBooks is helemaal klaar om conforme e-facturen te verzenden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Via de facturatiemodule die je als uitbreiding laat installeren in WinBooks maak je eenvoudig facturen op binnen WinBooks. Na het verzenden boekt WinBooks deze zelfs automatisch voor je in.<\/p>\n

E-facturen ontvangen in WinBooks<\/h3>\n

Sinds begin juni is de kogel door de kerk: we weten nu exact hoe het ontvangen van e-facturen in WinBooks zal werken!<\/strong> Binnenkort starten we met de uitrol van de functionaliteit.Je kan je momenteel registeren om deze functie als \u00e9\u00e9n van de eerste klanten te laten activeren.<\/p>\n

Om alvast wat duidelijkheid te scheppen: e-facturen ontvangen zal via de Virtual Invoice<\/a> module verlopen. Bezit je deze module al? Dan dien je jouw WinBooks enkel nog bij het Peppol-netwerk te registreren.<\/p>\n

Ken je Virtual Invoice nog niet? Deze uitbreiding importeert automatisch facturen in jouw dossier. Met de optionele Cartridges scant & herkent documenten zoals aan- en verkoopfacturen, … en genereert het intelligente boekingsvoorstellen voor zowel PDF-facturen als e-facturen.<\/p>\n

Clearfacts beschikt al ruime tijd over de mogelijkheid om e-facturen te ontvangen via het Peppol-netwerk (dankzij de integratie met VOILA van Codabox).<\/p>\n

Let wel: accountants dienen deze functionaliteit te activeren voor hun klanten. Gebruik je Clearfacts om documenten aan te leveren aan je accountant? En ontvang je nog geen e-facturen? Neem dan contact op met je accountant.<\/p>\n

E-facturen verzenden met Clearfacts (Kyte)<\/h3>\n

Clearfacts is in z’n basis eigenlijk geen facturatietool, maar ze wilden wel een oplossing voor bedrijven bieden die aan de digitale facturatieverplichting willen voldoen. Daarom lanceerde Clearfacts in december 2024 ‘Kyte’: een nieuwe (e-)facturatie module die je als uitbreiding op Clearfacts kunt gebruiken.<\/p>\n
