En is een PDF-factuur e-invoicing?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">Facturen verwerken is een tijdrovende opdracht voor zowel klanten als leveranciers.\u00a0Van zodra je een factuur op PDF ontvangt moet je deze nog manueel administratief gaan afhandelen. Daar zit het grote verschil met een echte e-factuur. Elektronische facturering, e-facturering of e-invoicing\u00a0digitaliseert \u00e9n automatiseert\u00a0je factureringsproces.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Een digitale factuur is elke factuur die je digitaal kunt inzien en verwerken. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld zijn: een pdf (wel of niet gescand), Word-document of zelfs een foto van een papieren factuur. Hetgeen Een digitale factuur definieert is dat ze\u00a0ongestructureerde data\u00a0bevat. Zonder extra input, of scanning via bijvoorbeeld AI, kan software de factuur niet inlezen.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Een e-factuur bestaat uit\u00a0gestructureerde data. De gegevens staan dus altijd op een vaste plek. Je zag ongetwijfeld in je mailbox al eens een .xml bestand dat gebruik maakte van UBL (Universal Business Language). UBL is gestructureerde data die alle gegevens van een factuur bevat, en zo factuurverwerking van a tot z digitaliseert. Dankzij die vaste structuur kan een e-invoice eenvoudig en snel ingelezen en verwerkt worden zonder bijkomende hulp van mensen.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dit nemen we over vanuit een andere blog (tabel op de website heeft kleine update gehad)<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Hoe maak ik dan een \u00e9chte e-factuur op?<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Om elektronische facturen te maken, heb je een facturatieprogramma nodig dat je facturen automatisch omzet in rechtsgeldige digitale facturen.
